e-Application and Video KYC

Citizen Life’s Video KYC service is available only for those customers who are working / living abroad to access life insurance services, eliminating the need to visit a branch in person. The online proposal submission backed by Video KYC includes:

1. Online Proposal Form Submission: Customers can get life insurance policy remotely by submitting the online proposal through Agent Portal, making it convenient and accessible.
2. e-Application Declaration: After submitting the online proposal through Agent Portal, customers can fill out the e-Application Declaration form and upload the scan copy of e-Application Declaration in registered proposal through Agent Portal.
3. KYC verification: After uploading the scan copy of e-Application Declaration, customers need to take a video with the prescribed content and send it to Citizen Life’s WhatsApp Number 9847683116. Customers can buy policy using the Video KYC service as replace/substitute of original declaration form.

Step 1: Fill out the Online Insurance Proposal Form through Agent Portal.
Step 2: Fill out the Physical e-Application Declaration Form which can be downloaded from Agent Portal, fill up the required information with authorized signature, scan it and upload it in online registered proposal through Agent Portal.
Step 3: Take a video (as per prescribed content) and send it to Citizen Life’s WhatsApp Number 9847683116
Step 4: After acceptance of proposal, make a payment through digital gateway or any approved payment process.

Note: A clear view of face is mandatory while taking a video.
