Ms. Dawa Futi Sherpa is one of the member of Board of Director in Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited. She is the President of the Pasang Lhamu Foundation which is a non profit making organization. She is also the vice president at the Sherpa Hospitality Group. In 2021, she returned from Madrid, Spain after completing her two-year tenure as an ambassador of Nepal to Spain. She is the second and only Nepali ambassador to Spain in the two countries' 52-year-old diplomatic relations.
Over the course of her career, Ms. Sherpa has held various positions in both non-profit and private sectors. She received her MA in International Education from New York University, in NY, USA, and has a sound knowledge of development, the importance of cultural exchange and public diplomacy.
