He joined Citizen Life Insurance Company Limited in Falgun 2080.
He has a Master degree from Tribhuwan University and Chartered Accountancy qualification from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nepal (ICAN). In addition, He holds a Fellowship from the Insurance Institute of India. He has over thirteen years of work experience, including regulatory oversight, banking, auditing, accounting, and taxation. As a Chartered Accountant at the Nepal Insurance Authority, he conducted comprehensive inspections, reviewed financial statements, and developed key regulatory frameworks. He has expertise in risk-based supervision and has actively participated in drafting directives for the insurance sector.
He has attended numerous training seminars and workshops on risk management, risk-based capital, risk-based supervision, IFRS/NFRS, business continuity management and insurance.
He has published a paper titled ‘Risk Based Approach of Supervision in Insurance Industry’ in Beema Samachar Bichar, a journal published by Nepal Insurance Authority.
