Chief Operating Officer & Head of Strategy

Mr. Dasrath Mani Khadka is the Deputy Chief Executive Officer in Citizen Life Insurance Company. He has completed Bachelor of Arts from ST. Joseph’s College, Darjeeling, India. He has specialized in Life Insurance Operations and Management from Life Office Management Association (LOMA), USA and Federation of Insurance Institute, India. He has attended various Life Insurance Lead Management Trainings & Conferences in USA, Dubai, China, Egypt and Bangladesh.

Since 2002 to 2014, he worked with American Life Insurance Co. (Met Life), Nepal in the position of Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Prior to CEO, he was in the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) with the parallel responsibility of Compliance and Legal Officer and Registrar of Met Life. He was successfully able to positioned MetLife in 1st position during 2006-2007 and 4^th position continued thereafter in terms of market share. Before involving in insurance Industry until 2001, he was associated with the Airbus industries in Sales and Business relationship. Till date, his vision and guidance has been a great strength for Citizen Life.
